**Payment**
Tigerways is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been settled. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable or OUT OF STOCK, Tigerways may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.
**Prices and Taxes**
All prices listed are inclusive of any Singapore Goods and Services Tax applicable.
**Refund & Exchange Policy**
Goods sold are not refundable. For exchange or enquiries, please call Tigerways via their contact details.
**Faulty Products**
We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantity ordered. We try hard to deliver products in good condition. However, if the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current state available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.
**Purpose of Goods**

**Conclusion of Transaction**
The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handed over to the carrier.
